AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND NO GOOD ENTERTAINMENT, INC.

4. You will make such permissions available to NO GOOD ENTERTAINMENT, INC. upon request; and

6. You will keep all records necessary to establish that your Submissions do not violate any of the foregoing representations and warranties and to make such records available to NO GOOD ENTERTAINMENT, INC. at its request.

TERMINATION/ACCESS RESTRICTION

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, U.S.A. and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Indiana, U.S.A. in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site.
